The world feels heavy sometimes. Loud. Divided. And while I can’t fix everything, I can choose how I show up — with kindness, inclusion, and care.

Mr. Rogers’ reminder to look for the helpers has stayed with me since I was young, and I’ve always tried to be one. My husband lives that same value in his leadership role in the military, advocating for others every day.
